1. About these terms
Yeeld (yeeld.com.au) is operated by Kabisi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 33 154 884 965). By using the site, its calculators or its forms, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Estimates, not advice
Our calculators give general estimates based on the figures you enter and on published rates from sources such as the ATO, the RBA and state revenue offices. They don't take your personal circumstances into account and aren't financial, tax, legal or credit advice. Rates and rules change, and we can't guarantee every result is complete or current. Check with a qualified professional, such as an accountant, lawyer, mortgage broker or quantity surveyor, before you act on a result.
3. Requests to our partners
Some pages let you request a service, such as a depreciation schedule or a property valuation, from one of our partners. When you send a request, we pass your name, contact details and the property details you entered to that partner so they can contact you. Partners are independent businesses: any quote, order, report or payment is between you and them, on their terms, and we aren't responsible for their services. Prices shown on Yeeld are the partner's prices at the time and may change; the partner will confirm the price before you order.
4. Emails
If you sign up for rate alerts or ask us to email your results, we'll email you as described on the form. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal or business purposes. Please don't copy the site or its calculators for another service, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or submit false details through our forms. The Yeeld name, logo and site content belong to Kabisi Group Pty Ltd.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, its estimates, or a partner's services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
7. Changes
